

In the Name Your Printer section, change the name of your printer to Ricoh Printer (you may add the queue name and the model number).In the Add printer Wizard window, click PCL6 Driver for Universal Print, then click Next.In the Install From Disk window, click OK.The file oemsetup.inf should appear in the File Name field. In the copy manufacturer's file from field, type C:\32\disk1, then click browse. The Install from Disk window will appear.Click the Have Disk button below the Printers field. Wait a bit until the Add Printer Wizard gives you a list of Manufacturers and Printers.The window that appears should show the queue name, as well as RICOH Network Printer C model as the Adapter Type.In the Add Standard TCP/IP Printer Port Wizard window, type the queue name of the Ricoh in your department (e.g., PGRH1A ).Click Next again on the confirmation screen. From Type list, select Standard TCP/IP Port. In the Select a Printer Port window, choose Create a new port.

Select Local Printer, uncheck Automatically detect and install my Plug and Play printer, and click Next.The Add Printer Wizard window will appear.Windows XP: Go to Start > Printers and Faxes and click on the Add Printer icon on the left of the window.

Hit Unzip when the extractor is finished, close WinZip.
